Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alphanumeric characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• Desired: ASE Certification; bilingual (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Recruit, test, hire, evaluate, promote, discipline and discharge team members under supervision.
• Communicate information from meetings to all team members.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring by conducting interviews and coordinating with management.
• Ensure safety compliance and training for all staff.
• Make sales calls and schedule weekly customer calls.
• Manage store operations, scheduling, payroll, and fleet maintenance.
• Monitor gross profit, returns, price matches, and KPI dashboard.
