Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring process: recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified staff.
• Support store manager with safety training and policy enforcement.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
• Review KPI dashboards, P&L, and opportunities for profitability.
