You’ll lead a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, manage staffing during busy periods, and ensure proper training and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and drive sales programs.
• Ensure staffing levels during peak hours and coach team members on training goals.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Process orders and ensure timely communication with customers during shipments.
