You will drive profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development, collaborating with the General Manager to coach Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class experience.

You’ll recruit, hire and develop teams, implement action plans to maximize efficiency, and ensure policy compliance while leveraging omni-channel

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team to meet goals.
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Driven by metrics to deliver results.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including holidays, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through customer focus and operations.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and execute action plans.
• Lead Service Leader duties and ensure SOP compliance.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.
