You will coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates, ensuring standards are met and store goals are achieved while maintaining a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and your team to meet goals.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is metrics-driven.
• Leads and mentors others to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Support store sales strategies and bring brand to life for customers.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and drive results.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties and uphold SOPs.
• Represent the brand and stay aware of retail landscape.
