Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all business processes at the assigned store and drive sales and efficiency.

You will lead a team across departments, ensuring superior customer service and adherence to safety, labeling, health, and weights and measures standards. You will oversee the store in the absence of the Store Manager, manage inventory and labor to targets, and foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Proven success leading perishable and non-perishable operations with P&L, safety, staffing, and training.

Responsibilities

• Direct store operations and drive sales, efficiency, and customer advocacy.
• Lead a team of approximately ten people including Department Managers and Receivers.
• Develop leadership to deliver exceptional customer experience and store performance.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and scheduling; manage payroll and expenses to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labeling, health, and sanitation standards.
