Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. You will lead the team during shifts, ensuring excellent service to retail and professional customers and overseeing programs like Rock the Call and related initiatives.

Ideal candidates may be bilingual (Spanish) and have certification qualifications (Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee showroom customer service programs and staff performance during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, coaching, and scheduling to meet store goals.
• Ensure all orders, transfers, and returns are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure cash handling per policy.
