Crosby’s Stores in Town of Albion, NY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, support the Team Leader, and create a clean, welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll supervise team members and uphold high standards to drive store success.

You’ll play a key role in safety, scheduling, inventory, and customer engagement, while promoting Crosby’s rewards and ensuring a great experience for every guest.

Formación

• 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends
• Valid Driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Serve Safe certification preferred
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and reports
• Able to operate lottery and POS systems

Responsabilidades

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following Crosby’s quality and cleanliness standards
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and brand standards
• Train, coach, and support store associates; assist with scheduling
• Handle cash, deposits, payroll processing, timekeeping, and reporting
• Ensure safety & compliance with food, tobacco, alcohol, and company regulations
