Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations and support the Team Leader in delivering exceptional customer service. You will supervise team members, uphold high standards, and drive store profitability in a fast-paced New York environment.

You will oversee customer experience, store operations, team development, and financial duties, ensuring safety and compliance while maintaining Crosby’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work at least 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, shift reports, and vendor check-ins.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made‑to‑order items following quality and cleanliness standards.
• Promote and assist customers with enrolling in My Crosby’s Rewards.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and add‑on recommendations.
• Handle customer concerns in the Team Leader’s absence.
