Crosby’s Stores in New York is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, support the Team Leader, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service. You will supervise team members, maintain high standards, assist with scheduling, inventory, and cash handling, and strive to drive sales and store profitability through effective leadership.

This role requires 40 hours per week with weekend availability and familiarity with POS

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile shift reports.
• Experience coaching and supervising team members.

Responsibilities

• Support Team Leader in daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Train, coach, and supervise store associates; assist with scheduling.
• Assist with inventory, promotions, and loss prevention; maintain cleanliness and brand standards.
