Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Decatur, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and support customers with short-term financial services. You will drive performance, manage risk, and develop your leadership skills while training staff and ensuring compliance.

You’ll oversee account management, staff coaching, and community outreach, with a full-time schedule that includes weekends. Growth opportunities span across our eleven brands nationwide.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required and compliance with laws.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role (standing, lifting, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and process loan/pawn and other transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives.
• Perform duties outside the office as needed, including on-site store tasks.
• Work to meet performance standards through partnerships and referrals.
• Maintain store appearance, security, and compliance with policies.
• Conduct store audits, create reports, and manage cash handling procedures.
• Handle openings/closings and scheduling of maintenance.
• Ensure a fast-paced environment with multitasking and adaptability.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule including weekends.
