The position requires at least one year in customer service and some supervisory experience, with a 40-hour weekly in-person schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required and subject to applicable law.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position (standing, lifting up to 25 pounds).
• The ability to work full-time, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collections, with strong customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
• Perform duties outside the office as needed (on-site visits, store errands, marketing).
• Maintain store security protocols and conduct proper opening/closing procedures.
