The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Jonesboro, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive customer service, and oversee loan and pawn processes. This role emphasizes rapid development, risk management, and leadership in a multi-brand environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year in customer service, and 3 months of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or related leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and accurately process loan/pawn applications and related transactions.
• Perform daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while focusing on customer service to prevent loss.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the POS system and support staff to meet quality standards.
