Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to deliver a white-glove customer experience throughout the loan and pawn process. You will coach Customer Service Representatives, assist with recovery and risk mitigation, and uphold compliance with company standards.

This full-time role requires in-store attendance, strong leadership, communication, and teamwork. It offers comprehensive training, benefits, advancement opportunities across our growing network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full cycle of the loan or pawn process.
• Assist account management and recovery processes, including collection calls.
• Support in-store and community events to drive referrals and brand loyalty.
• Develop customer relationships to build new business and store profitability.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives.
• Maintain store POS data with accuracy and integrity.
• Uphold compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
