Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is hiring an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) in Austell, GA. You will lead customer service teams, coach staff, and help manage recovery and compliance while delivering a white-glove loan/pawn experience.

You will drive sales, protect brand standards, and participate in training programs that develop leadership skills and operational excellence across the store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use during workday.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with POS, Microsoft Office and other systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required as per applicable law.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the loan or pawn cycle.
• Assist account management and recovery processes, including collection calls.
• Meet performance standards through partnerships, referrals, and events.
• Develop customer relationships to build business and brand loyalty.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Manage vault, cash drawer, and bank deposits during opening/closing.
• Maintain store appearance and address basic facility needs.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
