FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability and maintain inventory accuracy across merchandising areas.

You will coach and develop employees, recruit and retain talent, and help achieve sales and performance targets. This role offers competitive hourly pay with commissions and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in leadership, supervision, or management preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
