Job summary

FirstCash in Tacoma seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and partner with the Store Manager to train and develop staff. You will recruit top talent, manage cash, and drive profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will also oversee inventory, loans, and merchandising, ensuring adherence to company standards. The role emphasizes leadership by example, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate clearly with employees to achieve store

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Minimum 18 years of age (21 in WA)
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Ability to supervise others
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Cash handling experience
• Computer literacy and firm work ethic
• Ability to obtain firearms certification and be listed as Responsible Person for ATF FFL as needed
