Job summary

FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Seattle to oversee daily store operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability, manage loans, inventory, and staff development, while maintaining strong asset protection and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 18 years of age (WA: 21).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Train and develop Pawnbrokers or Sales & Loan Associates.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Perform opening/closing procedures, cash counts, and asset protection.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and store procedures.
• Manage loans, merchandising, and store systems to meet financial goals.
• Communicate store mission and profit objectives to staff.
• Maintain product knowledge and update training as needed.
• Conduct inventory transfers and remote bank deposits.
• Serve as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
