You will partner with the Store Manager, support hiring, inventory control, merchandising, and ensure compliance with procedures. The role offers competitive hourly pay with commissions and bonuses, great hours, and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as MOD.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Coach and develop team members to standards.
• Assist with recruiting and hiring.
• Drive sales, profitability, and performance metrics.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink protection.
• Open/close store and handle cash procedures.
• Monitor transactions for compliance.
• Maintain merchandising standards.
• Analyze performance data and support business objectives.
