Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Experience supervising others.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations.
• Promote a customer-centric environment and resolve issues.
• Recruit and develop store employees.
• Open and close the store and manage cash.
• Monitor asset protection and inventory processes.
• Drive profitability and meet financial goals.
• Maintain store standards and product knowledge.
• Act as manager on duty when the Store Manager is absent.
