CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain regulatory compliance. You will educate customers on product options, assist with applications, and help manage cash handling and deposits, while ensuring accurate transactions and adherence to policies.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a commitment to our core values in a fast-paced retail environment across multiple locations.

Competenze

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
Must have own personal reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.

Mansioni

Educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options that meet their needs.
Escalate issues to store leadership and corporate office as needed.
Answer inquiries by phone and in person; assist with applications and other requests.
Handle and count currency, process transactions, and comply with policies and procedures.
