You will educate customers on a full product portfolio, assist with transactions, and help resolve issues in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask while upholding the company values and ensuring accurate cash handling and daily balance

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid auto insurance.

• Serve and educate customers on product options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Handle and verify transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
