Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling required.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options that meet their needs.
• Handle cash, count currency, and balance cash drawer; assist with deposits as needed.
• Process transactions accurately and per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Answer inquiries and educate customers; escalate issues to store leadership as needed.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures; maintain accurate records.
• Travel within district/store network as required and support team objectives.
