You will supervise daily operations, educate customers on product options, and ensure accurate cash handling and deposits. The role requires strong communication, a high school diploma, 1+ year in sales or cash handling, and the ability to travel within the district as needed; a valid driver\'s license is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) experience in sales, customer service and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options and services.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office as needed.
• Answer inquiries by phone and in-person with accurate information.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections per regulations.
• Maintain professional, supportive interactions and resolve customer concerns.
• Handle currency, cash deposits, and bank-related tasks as required.
• Balance cash receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct customer verifications and process transactions per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Complete required trainings and assist with other duties.
