Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, DDO, or corporate office if unable to resolve.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications and requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and manage deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Complete customer verifications and process transactions per policy.
• Adhere to federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Travel to stores within the district and other duties as assigned.
