Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation and valid driver's license/auto insurance.
• Ability and willingness to embrace our core values of accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations (DDO), and corporate office if unable to resolve the issue.
• Answer telephone inquiries and respond to customer applications, requests, or other issues.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in line with federal regulations and procedures.
• Respond professionally and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring the customer feels supported.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage a cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information and process transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete trainings.
