• Sales Specialist Training and management certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and drive service programs.
• Ensure adequate staffing at peak hours and support setting team goals.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Answer telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and orders promptly.
• Manage outside orders and special purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Handle returns/exchanges, refunds, and merchandise invoicing accurately.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, clock-in/out, and security procedures.
