Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and lead the team in servicing customers.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure staffing during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in hiring, interviews, and training; coach and mentor team members.
• Ensure all store operations, including returns, invoicing, and policies, are followed and communicated.
