Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Wilmington, NC to join a dynamic store leadership team. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while executing merchandising and promotional programs.

You will also manage cash handling, loyalty promotions, and health and safety standards, supporting a positive store environment and strong guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; may substitute retail management experience.
• Experience supervising and leading a team in a retail setting is a plus.
• Ability to train, coach and develop staff to deliver superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and oversee fuel transactions as needed.
• Promote and administer loyalty programs and store policies to ensure compliance and safety.
