• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching with the Store Leader.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders to improve retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.

• Coach and train team members to improve performance and sales.
• Ensure cash handling, POS, and fuel transactions are accurate and compliant.
• Maintain clean, safe, and in-stock store environment.
