7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our team in Sneads Ferry, NC. You will work with the Store Leader to supervise daily store operations, coach employees, and drive customer service excellence.

The role emphasizes developing leaders, implementing merchandising and marketing initiatives, and maintaining store standards. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with a willingness to promote from within and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Oversee store team and provide customer service leadership.
• Proven ability to retain staff and develop leaders.
• Experience implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling and fuel transaction competency.
• Commitment to health, safety and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High school diploma or GED; retail management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
