Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in North Carolina. This role focuses on supervising and coaching staff, delivering outstanding customer service, and executing merchandising and promotional programs to drive store performance.

You will help maintain cash controls, process fuel transactions, promote the loyalty program, and ensure a clean, compliant environment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with supervisor experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to train, coach and develop staff to meet performance goals.
• Familiarity with merchandising and promotional programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and collaborate with Store Leader to manage daily operations.
• Lead customer service initiatives and staff development.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and stock levels; ensure health/sanitation procedures.
