7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in North Carolina. You will partner with the Store Leader to supervise staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive daily operations.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, supporting merchandising programs, handling cash and fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty initiatives. A positive, safety‑conscious mindset and strong communication are essential for success.

• Experience implementing merchandising and marketing efforts in-store.
