Reid Stores LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead Crosby’s-style daily store operations in New York. You will support the Team Leader in creating a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service and driving store success.

You will supervise team members, maintain high standards, and ensure customers have a great experience—every day, every time. This is a full-time role requiring at least 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires 21 years or older and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work at least 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation per position requirements.
• Experience preferred; Serve Safe certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and supervision of team members.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service and resolve issues.
• Support cash handling, bank deposits, and payroll-related tasks.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing levels; coach and develop staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Oversee merchandising, promotions, and inventory activities.
