Job summary

Reid Stores LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead Crosby’s store operations with a focus on customer service and team leadership. You’ll support the Team Leader in creating a clean, welcoming environment while driving store success.

You’ll supervise team members, ensure high operational standards, manage inventory and promotions, and enforce food safety, tobacco, alcohol, and company policies. This role emphasizes training, scheduling, and payroll support.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and assist the Team Leader.
• Deliver friendly customer service and drive sales.
• Train and coach store associates; schedule staff.
• Support inventory, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance.
