The Kroger Co. is seeking a Store Manager (or equivalent) to oversee store operations in Steamboat Springs, CO. You will help manage scheduling, safety, merchandising, labor, and budgets, while driving customer satisfaction and associate development.

In this role you will partner with department heads, coach leaders, and build a strong leadership bench to sustain performance and growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience as a department manager, service manager, or equivalent role.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing associates to achieve customer service and business goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience using KPIs, metrics and data insights to identify opportunities and support business decisions.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and influence others to drive store performance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience.
• Lead teams in planning and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Develop communication plans based on Associate Insight survey results.
• Identify opportunities with department heads and implement timely solutions.
• Model exceptional customer service and address associate and customer concerns.
