Job summary

Crate and Barrel is hiring an Assistant Store Leader – Customer Experience & Outreach in Lone Tree, CO. You will lead sales and service programs, coach associates, and drive engagement initiatives to grow customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

You will manage scheduling, budgeting, and safety awareness while driving Design Services, Trade, Registry, and in-store events to boost traffic and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the Store Leader, manage workload and ensure execution of plans across the store.
• Establish and communicate critical metrics and expectations (sales, operations, safety, training).
• Coach, teach, train, and develop all store associates to encourage growth.
• Promote and drive sales as Leader on Duty (LOD).
• Collaborate on new season planning and execution.
• Analyze results and translate numbers into actions to improve KPI results.
• Ensure gracious, quick, and efficient service for all customers and communicate with the team.
