Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates to create a favorable customer shopping experience.
• Lead teams in merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Develop action plans from Associate Insight survey results.
• Identify store opportunities and implement timely solutions.
• Model customer service and resolve issues and concerns.
• Manage total store operations in the store manager's absence.
• Drive sales and manage budgets, safety, and other targets.
• Communicate budgets and goals to associates and leadership.
