Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving store results. You will coach and develop the team, execute visual standards, and ensure smooth daily operations across shifts.

Responsibilities include partner onboarding, training plans, performance coaching, and maintaining service quality. This role suits someone with retail leadership experience and a passion for sports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail.
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with open availability including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head Coach to attract, hire, and onboard talent.
• Lead ongoing training and development plans for team members.
• Coach performance, document feedback, and support corrective actions.
• Build engagement through recognition, communication, and follow-up.
• Own execution of operational standards and routines.
