Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week including day, evening, and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• People: recruit, hire, and onboard talent with Head Coach guidance.
• Operations: execute standards, ensure safety and policy adherence.
• Merchandising: implement visual directives and seasonal transitions.
