Job summary

Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Head Coach in driving store results and delivering memorable experiences for fans. You will help recruit, train, and coach the team, maintain guest-focused operations, and ensure standards are consistently executed.

The role emphasizes coaching, process improvement, and strong customer service, with daily responsibilities covering merchandising, operations, and service excellence. 40 hours weekly, with daytime and game-related shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail with supervisory responsibilities.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sports and retail.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of store operations and business execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head Coach to attract, hire, and onboard talent.
• Lead ongoing training and development plans for team members.
• Coach performance, document feedback, and support corrective actions.
• Build engagement through recognition, communication, and follow-up.
• Own execution of operational standards and routines, safety, cash handling, and policy adherence.
• Act as operational leader-on-duty in the Head Coach’s absence.
• Lead execution of visual directives and seasonal transitions to drive sales.
• Coach Team Captains and Teammates on visual expectations.
• Oversee service execution and customer experience standards across shifts.
• Resolve complex customer concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
