El Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to act as the right hand to the Site Manager, driving daily operations and developing the team to ensure top-tier customer experiences. When the Site Manager isn’t present, you take charge with confidence and calm leadership.

The role emphasizes managing staffing, coaching staff, and maintaining peak wash performance, with a strong focus on metrics and customer service quality.

Qualifications

• Reliability in attendance and setting the standard for the team.
• Proven supervisory or shift management experience.
• Strong coaching skills and ability to develop the team.
• Ability to handle team conflict constructively and promptly.
• Operationally sharp—manage labor, scheduling, and throughput.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations; support staffing and site performance.
• Build a winning team; assist recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Coach and develop talent; provide real-time feedback and grow future leaders.
• Handle conflicts head-on; address issues directly and promptly.
• Set the service standard; ensure fast, friendly, flawless experiences.
• Drive performance through daily metrics; monitor sales, labor, inventory, and equipment.
