El Car Wash in Orlando, FL is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to be the right hand to the Site Manager, directing daily operations, coaching the team, and ensuring top-tier customer experiences. When the Site Manager isn't present, you take charge with confidence and calmness.

You will run shifts, recruit and onboard staff, track daily metrics, manage labor and throughput, and maintain wash performance to deliver consistent results every day.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and model behavior for the team.
• Proven supervisory or shift management experience.
• Ability to coach and develop staff in real time.
• Demonstrated ability to handle team conflict constructively.
• Operationally sharp with labor, scheduling and throughput.
• Customer-first mindset under pressure.
• Comfort reading daily metrics and acting on them.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations and staff to keep shifts productive.
• Recruit, onboard and schedule to build a reliable team.
• Coach and develop talent; guide future leaders.
• Address conflicts directly and promptly.
• Set service standards for fast, friendly experiences.
• Track sales, labor, inventory, and equipment metrics and improve results.
• When Site Manager is out, run the site confidently and calmly.
• Ensure wash equipment is operational and maintained daily.
