El Car Wash in Miami is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to be the right hand to the Site Manager, driving daily operations and developing a high-performing team. You will ensure every customer experience is top-tier and step in when the Site Manager is absent.

You will lead staffing, scheduling, coaching, and the daily metrics that drive site performance while maintaining peak wash operations and a positive, customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable attendance.
• Proven supervisory or shift management experience.
• Strong real-time coach — develop people, not just direct them.
• Demonstrated ability to handle team conflict constructively.
• Operationally sharp — manage labor, scheduling, and throughput.
• Customer-first mindset even under pressure.
• Comfort reading daily metrics and taking action.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background in car wash, QSR, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or higher in Business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day - Support daily operations, staffing, and site performance to keep everything running strong — every shift, every day.
• Build a winning team - Support recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling to create a reliable, high-performing team.
• Coach and develop talent - Provide real-time feedback, build skills, and grow future leaders within EL. You develop people — you don't just direct them.
• Handle conflict head-on - Address team conflict and culture issues directly and promptly.
• Set the service standard - Deliver fast, friendly, and flawless experiences — every customer, every time.
• Drive performance through the numbers - Track daily metrics — sales, labor, inventory, and equipment — and take action to improve results.
• Hold the site independently - When the Site Manager is out, you run it — confidently, calmly, and without unnecessary escalation.
• Keep the wash at peak performance - Ensure equipment is operational, maintained, and ready to deliver consistent results every day.
