Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to be the right hand to the Site Manager, driving daily operations, developing your team, and ensuring every customer experience is top‑tier. When the SM isn't present, you're in charge — and you don't need to be asked.

You'll run day-to-day operations, recruit and onboard staff, coach, manage labor and throughput, monitor metrics, and maintain wash equipment for consistent results across shifts.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance—you model the standard for the team.
• Proven supervisory or shift management experience.
• Strong real-time coaching capability.
• Ability to handle team conflict constructively.
• Operationally sharp: manage labor, scheduling, throughput.
• Customer-first mindset under pressure.
• Comfort with reading daily metrics and acting on them.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background in car wash, QSR, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
• High school diploma; Associate's or higher in Business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day - support operations, staffing, site performance.
