El Car Wash in Lake Worth, TX invites an Assistant Site Manager to be the right hand to the Site Manager, driving daily operations and developing the team to deliver top-tier customer experiences.

You'll lead staffing, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and conflict resolution while tracking key metrics like sales and throughput. When the Site Manager is away, you step up confidently to keep the site running at peak performance.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or shift management experience
• Ability to coach and develop talent in real time
• Experience handling team conflict constructively
• Strong operations skills: labor, scheduling, throughput
• Customer-first mindset under pressure
• Comfort reading daily metrics and acting on them
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays
• Background in car wash, QSR, retail, or hospitality is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or higher in Business is a plus

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations and staffing across shifts
• Recruit, onboard, and schedule to build a high-performing team
• Coach and develop talent with real-time feedback
