Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to be the right hand to the Site Manager, driving daily operations and team development to deliver top-tier customer experiences. You will supervise shifts, recruit and onboard, coach staff in real time, and address conflicts directly.

With a focus on service standards and performance metrics, you will ensure the site runs smoothly when the Site Manager is away, maintaining peak wash operations and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

Proven supervisory or shift management experience.
Customer-first mindset, even under pressure.
Ability to coach and develop team in real time.
Ability to address team conflict directly and promptly.
Operationally sharp: manage labor, scheduling, and throughput.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Run day-to-day operations when Site Manager is absent, ensuring smooth performance.
Assist in staffing, onboarding, and scheduling to build a reliable team.
Provide real-time feedback and develop future leaders within EL Car Wash.
Address conflicts promptly to maintain team culture and morale.
Set and uphold service standards for fast, friendly, flawless customer experiences.
Monitor daily metrics (sales, labor, inventory, equipment) and take action to improve results.
