El Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Davenport, FL to act as the right hand to the Site Manager and lead daily operations, team development, and top-tier customer experiences. You’ll be in charge when the Site Manager is away, ensuring smooth shifts, staffing, and performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, operational excellence, and a customer-first mindset, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance — you model the standard for the entire team.
• Proven supervisory or shift management experience — you've held a team accountable before.
• Strong real-time coach — you develop people, not just direct them.
• Demonstrated ability to handle team conflict constructively — you address it, you don't avoid it.
• Operationally sharp — you manage labor, scheduling, and throughput simultaneously.
• Customer-first mindset even under pressure.
• Comfortable reading daily metrics and taking action on them.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background in car wash, QSR, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or higher in Business is a plus.

• Hold the site independently when Site Manager is out.
• Keep the wash at peak performance — ensure equipment is operational and maintained.
