Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to lead daily operations, develop the team, and deliver top-tier customer experiences. You’ll be the right hand to the Site Manager, stepping in when needed and driving performance across staffing, service quality, and safety metrics.

You’ll coach, schedule, and monitor daily results, ensuring a fast, friendly wash and smooth operations. This role rewards hands-on leadership and strong communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance — you model the standard for the entire team
• Proven supervisory or shift management experience — you've held a team accountable before
• Strong real-time coach — you develop people, not just direct them
• Demonstrated ability to handle team conflict constructively — you address it, you don't avoid it
• Operationally sharp — you manage labor, scheduling, and throughput simultaneously
• Customer-first mindset even under pressure
• Comfortable reading daily metrics and taking action on them
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Background in car wash, QSR, retail, or hospitality is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or higher in Business is a plus

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations and staffing to keep the site performing
• Recruit, onboard, and schedule to build a high-performing team
• Provide real-time coaching and develop future leaders
• Address conflicts directly to maintain culture
• Set service standards for fast, friendly experiences
• Track daily metrics and act to improve sales and efficiency
• Hold the site when the Site Manager is out
• Ensure equipment stays operational and ready for peak performance
