Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to drive day-to-day operations at our Merritt Island location. You will be the right hand to the Site Manager, ensuring top-notch customer experiences and leading a hands-on, results-focused team.

You’ll recruit, onboard, schedule, and coach staff, resolve conflicts quickly, and manage labor, throughput, and equipment. A background in car wash, QSR, retail, or hospitality is a plus. High school diploma required; business degree is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or higher in Business is a plus.
• Experience supervising shifts and driving team performance is preferred.
• Comfort with reading daily store metrics and adjusting operations accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations as acting Site Manager in their absence.
• Staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
• Coach team in real-time to develop future leaders.
• Address conflicts directly to maintain a positive team culture.
• Maintain service standards to deliver fast, friendly experiences.
• Monitor metrics (sales, labor, inventory, equipment) and act on findings.
• Ensure the site runs smoothly and equipment is kept in peak condition.
